Highlights of Pakistan vs West Indies in Quarter-final of Cricket World cup 2011

Pakistan has won the first quarter-final of ICC Cricket World cup 2011. Pakistan got a huge win by 10 wickets against the West Indies. Batting first, West Indies were all out for just 112 runs in 43.3 overs. Captain Shahid Afridi took 4 wickets for the winning team. Shivnaraine Chanderpaul who scored 44 not out of 106 balls was highest scorer for West Indies. Pakistan didn't loose any wickets and won the match easily.

Openers Hafeez and Kamran Akmal batted beautifully for Pakistan. West Indies however had lost early wickets. Gayle was gone early and Hafeez who opened the bowling also took two early wickets. West Indies inning then toppled and didn't recover.



Pakistan now plays against the winner of India vs Australia match in the semi-final of world cup.
