Anderson then took the wicket of Australian captain. Australia were once 5 for 69. Hussey provided some resistance with his 61. Haddin and Johnson were other rescuers who got 53 and 62. Tremlett and Anderson took 3 wickets whereas Finn and swann bagged 2 each. In reply, England on short 12-overs at the end of Day 1 could servive from Aussie attack, now England 29/0 at stumps.
