India started the ODI series with the positive intend in ODI after the loss in the Test and only T20. Although, the match was washed away by the rain, Indians performed well enough to boost their confidence for upcoming matches. For the 2nd ODI indian team will travel to Southampton on Tuesday. Team news is that Rohit Sharma is out of squad replaced by Manoj Tiwari and Sachin is still doubtful for the 2nd ODI.

The Champions League 2011 starts from 19th of September where six teams will play in he qualifying stage. Top two teams from pool A and B and the next team with highest points will be selected. Then they will play another 7 already qualified teams for the Trophy which starts from Sept 23.
