Chandimal: I am very happy winning my first match as skipper. Kushal Perera was great. Jeevan Mendis, Angelo Mathews and Thisara Perera batted very well in the final overs. Malinga was superb and he gave us a lot of advice. I have to work on my form. I would like to thank the crowd for their support.

Perera: I enjoyed the knock. There was a little bit of pace and bounce in the wicket but the ball came on nicely. I am not copying anyone but my style resembles a bit like Sanath Jayasuriya. I am always looking to score boundaries in the first six overs. It is very good to play with youngsters.

Kushal Janith Perera is the MoM for scoring 64 off 44 balls.

Rahim: We gave away 20 runs more while fielding and bowling. We have achieved a lot of positives in the Tests and ODIs. We have lot of work with the bowling. The boys performed consistently. Mominul and Nasir Hossain played well. Ashraful and Tamim also played consistently. I am glad that I created history by becoming the first Bangladesh player to score 200 in the Test. The support staff worked well. I have thoroughly enjoyed playing in Sri Lanka.

Toss: Bangladesh have won the toss and elected to field

Rahim: ‘We will look to bowl first. If we bowl and field well, we should restrict them to under 160. The win last time was good and the boys are confident. Shamsur Rahman replaces Anamul Haque. Rubel replaces Ziaur Rahman.’

Chandimal: ‘We do not have senior guys like Sangakkara, Mahela and Dilshan. It gives a chance for the youngsters. It is a great honour to captain this team.’
